Description
American Traveler is hiring a Cath Lab RN for a 13-week day-shift assignment requiring 18 months of recent Cath Lab experience and an active OH or compact RN license.
Details
- Hospital-based Cath Lab unit
- Day shift schedule, 5x8-hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
- Call requirements will be discussed during the interview
Requirements
- Active OH state or compact RN license required in hand
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications required and active at time of consideration
- 18 months of recent Cath Lab experience required, preferably within the last 3 years
- One professional reference required from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the Cath Lab specialty from an assignment within the past 12 months
- COVID-19 and flu vaccinations required, with medical or religious exemptions only
Additional Information
- Responsibilities include circulating, scrubbing, and monitoring procedural cases
- ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments completed during orientation, with a maximum of two attempts to pass
- Nurses are currently exempt from the facility's nicotine-free requirement
- Accepts local candidates at the same bill rate
- Travelers expected to work every other holiday
- RTO must be discussed during the interview process
- Permanent employees may not return to Cleveland Clinic hospitals for 1 year from their previous end date
- First-time travelers are not accepted for this position
