Description

American Traveler is hiring a Cath Lab RN for a 13-week day-shift assignment requiring 18 months of recent Cath Lab experience and an active OH or compact RN license.

Details

Hospital-based Cath Lab unit
Day shift schedule, 5x8-hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
Call requirements will be discussed during the interview

Requirements

Active OH state or compact RN license required in hand
Current BLS and ACLS certifications required and active at time of consideration
18 months of recent Cath Lab experience required, preferably within the last 3 years
One professional reference required from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the Cath Lab specialty from an assignment within the past 12 months
COVID-19 and flu vaccinations required, with medical or religious exemptions only

Additional Information

Responsibilities include circulating, scrubbing, and monitoring procedural cases
ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments completed during orientation, with a maximum of two attempts to pass
Nurses are currently exempt from the facility's nicotine-free requirement
Accepts local candidates at the same bill rate
Travelers expected to work every other holiday
RTO must be discussed during the interview process
Permanent employees may not return to Cleveland Clinic hospitals for 1 year from their previous end date
First-time travelers are not accepted for this position
