Description
American Traveler is hiring a Medical ICU RN for night shift 36-hour weekly commitment requiring EPIC experience and ACLS certification.
Details
- Medical ICU unit within an acute care medical center
- Night shift schedule, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
- 36 hours per week
- EPIC experience required
Requirements
- Active RN license in the state of practice
- BLS certification required
- ACLS (AHA-ACLS or ARC-ALS) certification required
- BSN preferred
- Acute care facility experience preferred
Additional Information
- Delivers coordinated nursing care using the nursing process for assigned patients
- Supervises and directs various levels of nursing staff and coordinates care across disciplines
- Collaborates with patients, families, and the healthcare team to ensure safe, healing, and humane care
- Provides patient and family education and participates in discharge planning
- Delegates and coordinates duties among healthcare team members
- Holiday RTO requests will not be approved
- Required vaccinations are a condition of employment, with medical and religious exemptions considered
