Description
American Traveler is hiring a Sr. Special Procedures Technologist for a Cardiac Cath Lab with a minimum of 3 years of specialty experience and BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications.
Details
- Cardiac Cath Lab setting with duties similar to an IR Tech
- Variable shift schedule including 7am-5:30pm, 8am-6:30pm, or 9am-7:30pm
- Call requirements include after-hours coverage every other weekend and two weeknights per week
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of recent experience in Cath Lab specialty, with experience within the last 3 months
- Active, unrestricted license required in state of submission, if applicable
- Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certification from American Heart Association
- Cerner and/or Epic EMR experience must be documented in employment history
- Completed skills checklist specific to Cath Lab specialty within the past year
- Two supervisor references required, one from the past year and one from the past two years
Additional Information
- 13-week contract assignment
- Candidates with more than 5 days of requested time off will not be considered
- Local candidates accepted with no radius rule and local rates matching travel rates
- Candidates with a prior adverse licensure action will not be considered
