Description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a high-acuity Emergency Department position requiring a minimum of 2 years ED or ICU experience and an active MA RN license.
Details
- Work in a large, high-acuity 118-bed Emergency Department
- Flex Team unit assignment
- Diverse patient population including behavioral health, boarding patients, emergency/trauma, and critically ill ICU-level patients
- Typical nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:6
- NOC shift schedule, 3x12s totaling 36 hrs/week with 3x12 or 4x12 options available
- No on-call responsibilities
Requirements
- Active MA RN license required
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Minimum 2 years of ED or ICU experience required, post-orientation
- Strong critical care skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment required
- Comfort managing complex and unstable patients required
