Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Pediatric Operating Room position requiring MN licensure and 2 years of perioperative nursing experience.
Details
- Hospital-based Operating Room setting caring for infants, children, and adolescents
- Provides family-centered nursing care utilizing the nursing process
- 8-hour day shifts with 0700 starts and occasional 1030 starts
- Weekend shifts scheduled per unit need
- No on-call responsibilities
- May be required to float to a second Children's hospital location as needed
Requirements
- Active MN RN license or MN Temporary Permit-RN required
- BLS certification required
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Minimum 2 years of perioperative nursing experience required
Additional Information
- Deliver independent nursing care and delegated medical functions in collaboration with the healthcare team
- OR scrubs provided
