Description

American Traveler is seeking a NICU RRT for a Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, requiring at least 1 year of experience and NICU Level III proficiency.

Details

• 13-week travel assignment in the Respiratory department
• Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit setting caring for neonatal patients
• 7A-7P shift schedule
• Uses Meditech documentation system
• Floating as needed

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience required, with NICU Level III experience mandatory
• RRT license required if applicable
• Active RRT license and certification required
• ACLS certification required
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification required, must be Advanced 9th Edition
• Certifications must not expire within the first 30 days of assignment start
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months

Additional Information

• Provide respiratory therapy care to neonatal patients in a Level III NICU
• Part of a hospital recognized for its Level III trauma designation and women's services excellence
• 50-mile radius rule applies; local candidates will not be considered
• One professional reference required (two required for Florida and Missouri candidates)
• US SSN and date of birth required for consideration, Canadian SSN not accepted
