Description

American Traveler is hiring an Interventional Radiology Technologist for a peripheral and neuro interventional radiology department at a Level 1 Trauma Center, requiring ARRT R certification and 1+ years of experience.

Details

• Peripheral and neuro interventional radiology department at a Level 1 Trauma Center
• Varied 8-hour day shifts starting between 7:00 AM and 9:00 AM, Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week
• Weekend coverage supported by a rotating call schedule among 6 to 8 staff members
• On-call responsibilities after 5:00 PM daily and on weekends, supported by primary and backup call techs
• 13 to 26 week contract options available

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience required
• ARRT R, BLS, and SC Radiography State License required
• License required if applicable
• ARRT VI certification preferred
• Neuro interventional radiology experience needed
• Epic EMR experience preferred, with 1-year minimum experience required if applicable
• Teaching hospital and Trauma Level I experience preferred
• Skilled in interventional radiology equipment operation and maintenance, including PACS
• Additional experience with NICU, Peds, Trauma, and ER populations preferred

Additional Information

• May be required to float to other units or campuses within the health system based on qualifications and demonstrated competencies
• Orientation held every Monday, with annual compliance training required
