Description
American Traveler is hiring an RN for a PACU travel assignment requiring 18 months of PACU experience and an active GA or Compact RN license.
Details
- PACU unit within a hospital setting
- 3x10-hour PM shifts, 12:30pm-11pm, approximately 30 hrs/week
- No on-call responsibilities
- 13-week assignment length
Requirements
- Active Georgia or Compact RN license required in hand
- Minimum of 18 months of PACU experience required
- PALS certification preferred
- Travel experience preferred
Additional Information
- Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible; local candidates not accepted
- Former Emory or Houston staff must be separated for at least 1 year before returning to the health system, or 18 months if returning to the same facility
- RTO requests are limited to a maximum of 5 days if not falling on or near a holiday, or 3 days if near a holiday, with only one holiday request allowed
- First-time travelers may be considered for this role
