Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced Operating Room RN with a strong ortho, spine, and robotics background for a 13-week assignment requiring an active MA license.

Details

• Hospital-based Operating Room setting within a 209-bed facility with 11 OR suites
• 12-hour rotating day/evening shifts scheduled 6:45 AM to 7:15 PM, 36 hours per week
• Weekend rotation required approximately every 6 weeks as needed
• Call required as needed
• Holiday coverage required for one summer and one winter holiday as needed
• Uses Epic EMR

Requirements

• Active MA RN license required
• BLS (AHA) and ACLS (AHA) certifications required
• CNOR certification preferred
• Epic EMR experience required
• Strong background in orthopedics, spine, and robotics required
• Must be proficient in both scrubbing and circulating

Additional Information

• Responsibilities include both scrubbing and circulating for surgical cases
• One week of orientation provided
• In-hours scrubs only dress code
• No local candidates accepted, and candidates must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility
• Candidates must be separated from Beth Israel Lahey Health for 6+ months to be considered
• COVID vaccine plus booster and flu vaccine required, with medical exemptions allowed
