Description
American Traveler seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist with 2+ years of experience for an inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital setting.
Details
- Inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital setting with 50 beds
- Treats patients recovering from stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injury
- 12-week assignment
- Day shift schedule from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
- Weekend coverage on request
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- AHA certifications required
- License required if applicable
- Active state licensure verified through Nursys at time of consideration

- Facility is accredited by The Center for Improvement in Healthcare Quality and CARF-accredited for Comprehensive Integrated Inpatient Rehabilitation and Stroke Specialty Programs
- Provides comprehensive physical medicine and rehabilitation programs tailored to individual patient needs
- Candidates must live more than 60 miles from the facility to be eligible
- Candidates cannot have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months
- Candidates cannot be employed elsewhere full time
