Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Step Down unit position requiring TN or compact licensure and prior travel experience.

Details

Work in the Step Down unit of a hospital environment
Night shift schedule, 3x12-hour shifts (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM)
Patient ratio of 5:1
Required to work every other weekend
No on-call responsibilities
Uses Paragon charting system

Requirements

Active RN license (TN or compact) currently in hand
Current certifications: BLS and ACLS
Minimum 2 years of recent experience required
Prior travel nursing experience required
Two references required, references may be pending at time of consideration

Additional Information

Provide step down level nursing care to patients requiring close monitoring
Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to be eligible for the travel pay rate
RTO must be submitted at time of consideration
First time travelers are not being considered for this position
