Description

American Traveler is hiring a Home Health RN with OASIS experience for a dayshift position requiring VT or compact RN licensure.

Details

Home health and hospice setting providing outpatient care
Travel between patient homes to conduct visits
Uses HealthWyse (Careficient) EMR system
Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm schedule
Some weekend coverage required
Emergency-only on-call responsibilities

Requirements

Active VT or compact RN license required
BLS certification required
Minimum 2 years of experience required
OASIS (Outcome and Assessment Information Set) experience required
Home health and hospice experience required
Valid driver's license in good standing required
Ability to manage and adjust to schedule changes

Additional Information

Provide skilled nursing care during home visits including wound care
Facility conducts its own background check for candidates
