Description
American Traveler is hiring an RN Charge Perioperative OR nurse for a Days shift position requiring current CA RN licensure and perioperative charge nurse experience.
Details
- Operating Room department within a hospital setting
- 12-hour Day shift schedule with a 0630 start time
- Position needed primarily for weekend coverage
- Med/Surg and Critical Care RN staff required to float as needed
Requirements
- Active CA RN license required
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Minimum one year of current Perioperative charge nurse or relief charge nurse experience required
- Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field preferred
- Two or more years of Critical Care experience preferred
- Certified Nurse Operating Room (CNOR) certification preferred
Additional Information
- Serves as charge nurse overseeing perioperative operations during assigned shifts
- Candidates must be W-2 employees of their respective staffing agency
