Description
American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for a Home Health assignment requiring HH and OASIS experience.
Details
- Home Health setting
- Day shift, 5x8 hours, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
- Floating may be requested based on facility needs
Requirements
- Home health experience and OASIS experience required
- BLS certification required
- Specialty experience within the last year required
- VA license required, or proof of compact license, if applicable
Additional Information
- Mileage reimbursed at IRS rate
- Locals accepted at same rate
- Prior permanent employees must have a 6-month gap before returning as a traveler
- RTO should be minimal, ideally no full calendar weeks off and no more than 7 days total, submitted with initial application
