Description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Progressive Care Unit position requiring VA or compact license, BLS/ACLS certification, and Epic EMR experience.
Details
- Progressive Care Unit (PCU) setting within a hospital environment
- Night shift schedule, 3x12-hour shifts (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM)
- 36 or 48 hours per week available
- Every other weekend and every other holiday required
- Floating required in accordance with facility float policy
Requirements
- Active RN license (VA state or compact) required; pending license accepted
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Epic EMR experience required
Additional Information
- Provide nursing care to progressive care patients
- Block scheduling cannot be accommodated or guaranteed
- Unable to approve time off for Labor Day weekend
- Up to 40 hours of RTO may be approved per contract
- Must wait 12 months before returning as a traveler to this facility
