Description

American Traveler is hiring a Med/Surg RN for a 13-week night shift assignment requiring 2+ years of experience and an active WV or compact RN license.

Details

• Acute care Med/Surg unit
• 12-hour night shifts, weekends as scheduled
• 36 guaranteed hours per week
• Uses MEDITECH charting system

Requirements

• Active WV or compact RN license
• BLS certification required
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
• BSN not required

Additional Information

• Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to qualify as a traveler
• Candidates cannot have worked as permanent staff at this facility and returned as a traveler
• Travelers who previously worked at any WVU Medicine location must have taken a 2-year break before reapplying
• Travelers may not work within WVU facilities for more than a cumulative year without taking a 2-year break
• All candidates interview directly with the unit manager
• Unexpired driver's license copy required for consideration
• Any licensing history issues must be disclosed at time of consideration
