Description

American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for a home health assignment requiring at least 1 year of experience.

Details

Home health care setting within a Physical Therapy unit
Day shift schedule, Monday-Friday or shifted schedule options such as Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday
8-hour shifts with slightly varying day lengths
40 hours per week
Uses a computerized charting system for documentation

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience required
BLS certification required
Active PT license required if applicable
Valid driver's license required for consideration
Two professional references required: one supervisor from within the last 12 months and one peer or supervisor from within the last 3 years, both including employment dates and rehire eligibility

Additional Information

Candidates residing within an 80-mile radius are considered local
Local candidates accepted at a lower pay rate
