Description
American Traveler is hiring a PICU RN for a long-term contract requiring PA or compact RN licensure and PALS certification.
Details
- Work in the Pediatric ICU (PICU) unit of a hospital
- Night shift schedule: 3x12s, 36 hrs/week (19:00-07:30)
- 30-minute meal break included
- No on-call responsibilities
- 14-week assignment length
Requirements
- Active RN license (PA state or compact) currently in hand
- Current certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
- Minimum 2 years of PICU nursing experience required
- 3+ years of experience in a Level 1 Trauma center preferred
- Experience titrating vasoactive medications required
Additional Information
- Provide critical care nursing to pediatric ICU patients
- Facility maintains a Tobacco Free Campus Policy and Substance Abuse/Drug-Free Workplace
