Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an Operating Room position requiring PA or Compact RN licensure and the ability to both scrub and circulate across a variety of surgical specialties.

Details

Operating Room setting handling general, urology, orthopedic, podiatry, neuro (craniotomy and spine), and trauma cases
5x8-hour AM shifts totaling 40 hours per week
Floating required
On-call responsibilities of 2-3 shifts per week
Weekend rotation required every 3rd or 4th weekend

Requirements

Active PA or Compact RN license required
Current BLS certification required
PA fingerprints required
Must be able to both scrub and circulate

Additional Information

Provide perioperative nursing care across multiple surgical specialties
Scrubs provided by the hospital
Tobacco-free campus with a substance abuse/drug-free workplace policy
Accepts local candidates within 50 miles at a local bill rate
