Description

American Traveler is hiring a PCU/Surgical Stepdown RN for a 13-week night shift assignment requiring floating to multiple campuses and units.

Details

PCU/Surgical Stepdown unit within a hospital setting
12-hour night shift schedule
36 hours per week
Every other weekend rotation required
Floating required to other campuses (Lake Placid, Wauchula) and within the hospital to other units housing PCU patients, such as ED holding

Requirements

Active FL or compact RN license required
COVID vaccination card or approved declination required for consideration

Additional Information

Provide progressive/step-down level nursing care to PCU and surgical stepdown patients
Local candidates accepted at the same rate as travelers with no radius rule
Former permanent employees must have been separated for at least 90 days before returning as a traveler
Two doses of COVID-19 vaccine or an approved declination required, though booster is not currently required
