Description
American Traveler is hiring a Night Shift MRI Technologist with 1+ year of experience and Siemens platform proficiency.
Details
- Community hospital setting with outpatient, inpatient, and occasional ED cases
- Average caseload of approximately 12 patients per day
- Outpatient cases limited to patients with pacemakers or requiring anesthesia, with a limited number per day
- Night shift schedule, 3x12 hours, 18:30-7:00
- On-call required as needed
- No weekend requirement
- No floating within scope or to sister facilities
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of MRI Tech experience required
- BLS and ARRT certification required
- FL license required if applicable
- Siemens MRI equipment experience required
- Proficiency in Abdomen, Pelvis, Head/Neck, Chest, Spine, and Musculoskeletal imaging required
- Experience with Diffusion (non-brain), Gradient Echo Imaging, Image Post-Processing, MIP, MRP, Perfusion, Spin Echo Images, Surface Coils, T-1 and T-2 Weighted Images required
- Contrast administration and PACS skills required
- Experience in outpatient, inpatient, and community hospital settings required
- Cerner EMR experience preferred

- First-time travelers will be considered
- COVID-19 vaccination required, with medical or religious exemptions accepted
- Navy, khaki, or wine scrub colors required
