Description

American Traveler is hiring an ICU RN for a night shift travel position requiring ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications along with 2+ years of ICU experience.

Details

  • Work in the Intensive/Coronary Care Unit of a hospital setting
  • Night shift schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM with rotating weekends
  • 13-week assignment length

Requirements

  • Active RN license (MS or Compact) required
  • Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS
  • Minimum 2 years of recent ICU experience required
  • No certifications expiring within the first 30 days of start
  • No employment gaps of 90+ days within the past 12 months

Additional Information

  • Must reside 50+ miles from the facility, no local candidates accepted
  • RTO requests must be less than 1 week
  • Returning travelers not considered if they worked as permanent staff at any CHS facility within the past 2 years

Overstaffed. They let their staff pick up extra hours and then will float you to another unit out of your specialty. LPNs do their own admissions.
