Description

American Traveler is hiring a Radiology Technologist - X-Ray with 2+ years of experience and current ARRT(R) certification for a day-shift assignment.

Details

• Adult and pediatric acute care and outpatient settings
• Performs radiographic imaging for abdomen, chest, spine, pelvis, upper and lower extremities, and trauma cases
• Includes bedside/portable procedures, C-Arm, and O-ARM imaging
• Fluoroscopy studies such as ERCP may be performed
• Uses Epic EMR system
• Schedule is 32 hours per week: Tuesday-Thursday 8:00 AM-4:30 PM and Friday 8:30 AM-5:00 PM

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an X-Ray Technologist
• ARRT(R) and BLS certification required
• License required if applicable
• Epic experience required
• Proficiency in radiographic positioning for abdomen, chest, spine, pelvis, and extremities
• Experience with portable, C-Arm, and O-ARM procedures
• Knowledge of isolation precautions, PPE, and radiation safety protocols
• Driver's license required for consideration

• First-time travelers may be considered depending on experience level
• Local candidates accepted at local rate within a 50-mile radius
• Pending state licenses are not accepted
• Perform diagnostic imaging across multiple work settings including emergency department, operating room, and outpatient clinics
• Utilizes PACS for image management
