Description
American Traveler is seeking a Home Health Physical Therapist with at least 1 year of skilled home health experience for a caseload of up to 6 patients per day in the Seaside, OR area.
Details
- Home health setting covering Seaside, OR and surrounding areas
- 1:1 patient ratio, up to 6 patients per day with 30 productivity points standard
- Day shift schedule, 5x8 hours (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM)
- No weekend or on-call requirements
- No floating between units required
- Uses EPIC Remote Client for Home Health (laptop) and Rover app / Oasis for charting
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of skilled home health experience required
- BLS certification required
- Oasis documentation experience required
- Must have own reliable transportation for daily travel between patient visits
- License required if applicable
- Compact state license must be in hand at time of submission
Additional Information
- Responsibilities include home exercise programs, patient and family education, and treatment across orthopedic and neurologic conditions
- Patient scheduling is grouped to minimize drive time, though daily travel radius may reach up to 60 miles (60-90 minute total drive time)
- Business casual attire required; scrubs allowed but not mandatory, no jeans
- Requires primary series COVID vaccination plus one booster
- First-time travelers accepted
- Local candidates accepted within a 50-75 mile radius at the same pay rate
- Facility may cancel up to one shift per pay period
- Free parking available, with mileage reimbursed at IRS standard rate
