Description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an Emergency Department position requiring 2+ years of ER experience and ACLS, BLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications.
Details
- Work in a 25-bed Emergency Department within a teaching hospital
- Treats all patient populations including geriatric, adult, and pediatric cases
- Patient ratio of 4:1
- Night shift schedule from 7p-7a
- Required to work every other weekend
- No on-call responsibilities
- Uses Paragon EHR system
Requirements
- Active RN license (WA State or Compact) currently in hand
- Current certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, and TNCC
- Minimum 2 years of recent ER experience required
- Social Security number and date of birth required for consideration
- Active Nursys license verification required at time of consideration
Additional Information
- Provide emergency nursing care across a full range of patient acuities and ages
- Scrubs of any color are acceptable
- Must reside more than 60 miles from the facility to be eligible for the travel pay rate
- Candidates who have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months are not eligible
- Candidates cannot be employed elsewhere on a full-time basis while on assignment
