Description
American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for a Skilled Nursing Facility, open to new grads with a preference for 1 year of SNF experience.
Details
- Skilled Nursing Facility setting
- Day shift schedule: 5x8-hour shifts, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- May include occasional weekend coverage and floating as needed
- 13-26 week assignment length
Requirements
- CA license required if applicable
- BLS certification required
- 1 year of SNF experience preferred; new grads will be considered
- Experience with any charting system required
- Skills in assessment, body mechanics, orthopedics, and neurologic conditions such as post-stroke rehab, spinal cord injury, and traumatic brain injury
- Experience with home exercise programs and patient/family education
