Description

American Traveler is hiring a Night Shift NICU Registered Nurse with a VA or compact RN license and NRP certification for a 13-26 week travel assignment.

Details

  • Work in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)
  • Night shift schedule (3x12 hours, 19:00-07:00)
  • Contract length available in 13 or 26 week options
  • Weekend commitment of 3 weekends per 6-week scheduling period
  • Required to work 2 of the 3 winter holidays

Requirements

  • Active VA or compact RN license (can be pending at time of consideration)
  • Current BLS certification required
  • NRP certification required in-hand
  • Dr. Brown's Infant Driven Feeding Certification required (may be pending at time of consideration)

Additional Information

  • Provide direct nursing care to neonatal ICU patients
  • Up to 40 hours of RTO may be approved per contract period
  • Time off cannot be scheduled during the first two weeks of the assignment
  • Candidates must wait 12 months before returning as a traveler to this facility
  • No radius requirement for this position
