Description
American Traveler is hiring a Night Shift NICU Registered Nurse with a VA or compact RN license and NRP certification for a 13-26 week travel assignment.
Details
- Work in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)
- Night shift schedule (3x12 hours, 19:00-07:00)
- Contract length available in 13 or 26 week options
- Weekend commitment of 3 weekends per 6-week scheduling period
- Required to work 2 of the 3 winter holidays
Requirements
- Active VA or compact RN license (can be pending at time of consideration)
- Current BLS certification required
- NRP certification required in-hand
- Dr. Brown's Infant Driven Feeding Certification required (may be pending at time of consideration)
Additional Information
- Provide direct nursing care to neonatal ICU patients
- Up to 40 hours of RTO may be approved per contract period
- Time off cannot be scheduled during the first two weeks of the assignment
- Candidates must wait 12 months before returning as a traveler to this facility
- No radius requirement for this position
