Description
American Traveler is hiring a Med/Surg RN for a night shift contract requiring a WA or compact RN license and at least 3 years of experience.
Details
- Med-Surg unit caring for adult patients
- 13-week contract with a night shift schedule (1845-0715)
- 36 hours per week with every other weekend off
- Opportunity to pick up extra shifts
- Floating to other departments required on a rotational basis
- Familiarity with Meditech is helpful but not required
Requirements
- Active WA or compact RN license required
- Minimum 3 years of experience required
- Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
- Completion of an approved 6-hour suicide prevention training required
- Verification of demographics from Nursys required
Additional Information
- Team player mentality required due to interdepartmental floating
- RTO must be approved in advance and added to the end of the contract
- Facility located near Pacific Northwest beaches and the Olympic National Forest
