Description
American Traveler is hiring a Registered Nurse for an Oncology Chemotherapy Treatment position requiring MA licensure and chemo certification.
Details
- Ambulatory Hematology/Oncology treatment unit providing chemotherapy to adult patients
- Monday through Friday schedule with no holidays or weekends required
- 10-hour day shift, 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM
- No floating or charge responsibilities required
Requirements
- Active MA RN license required in hand at time of consideration
- Chemotherapy certification required
- 2+ years of oncology nursing experience required
- Ambulatory setting experience and chemotherapy administration experience required
- Flu vaccination required in September, medical exemptions only
- COVID vaccine and booster required, medical exemptions allowed
Additional Information
- Provide chemotherapy treatment to adult oncology patients in an ambulatory care setting
- Weekly orientation held every Monday, barring holidays
- Interview conducted by hiring manager, candidates should provide availability at time of consideration
- All RTO requests must be presented at time of consideration
- Previous BILH employees (travel, perm, or per diem) must have a 6-month break before returning to any Beth Israel Lahey Health facility
- Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility, local candidates not accepted
- Parking near the facility can cost up to $43 per day
