Description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an Emergency Department position requiring ACLS, PALS, and a compact or IA RN license.
Details
- Work in the Mercy Main Emergency Department
- Day shift schedule from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM
- Requires every other weekend and every other holiday coverage
- 26-week contract assignment
Requirements
- Active RN license (Compact or IA) currently in hand
- Minimum 1 year of recent ED nursing experience required
- Current BLS certification (American Heart Association) required
- Current ACLS certification required
- Current PALS certification required (ENPC also accepted)
- TNCC and NIHSS certifications preferred
- License verification dated within 30 days of start required
Additional Information
- Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced emergency department setting
- Radius rule of 60 miles applies for most Trinity Health locations, with some locations having 50-90 mile rules
- Local candidates may be considered depending on state
- COVID vaccination documentation required for consideration
