Description
American Traveler is hiring an Emergency Department RN for a Level III Trauma Center with rotating evening/night shifts, requiring 3+ years of ED experience and Epic EMR proficiency.
Details
- 13-week assignment in a Level III Trauma Center ED with 38 beds and 2 trauma bays
- One of the top 10 busiest EDs in Ohio
- 36 hours per week on a rotating evening/night shift schedule
- Shifts scheduled either 3PM to 3:30AM or 7PM to 7:30AM
- Every other weekend required
- Holiday rotation required
- On-call is not expected and should be a rare occurrence
Requirements
- Active OH or compact RN license required
- Minimum 3 years of current/recent ED experience or at least 3 completed ED travel assignments
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
- TNCC and ENPC strongly preferred but not required
- Epic EMR experience required for consideration
Additional Information
- Requests for excessive RTO around the holidays will not be approved
- Facility reserves the right to cancel up to 36 hours per 13-week contract
