Description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced ICU RN with CT surgery and mechanical circulatory support device experience for a 13-week rotating shift assignment.
Details
- Intensive Care Unit setting within a hospital
- 12-hour rotating shifts (days/nights), 36 hours per week, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM shift pattern
- Every other weekend rotation required
- 2 holidays required if working through the winter holiday season
- Float required between ICU and IMCU
- EPIC EMR used
Requirements
- Active MA RN license required in hand
- BLS-AHA and ACLS-AHA certifications required
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar ICU setting required
- CT surgery experience required
- Experience with IABP and IMPELLA devices required
- Copy of flu vaccination required during flu season
Additional Information
- Weekly orientation provided
- Any color scrubs permitted
- COVID vaccine plus booster and flu vaccine required (medical exemptions allowed)
- Pass/Fail Tele/ECG and Medication testing required for Milton and Plymouth campus placements
- Must be separated from any Beth Israel Lahey Health facility for at least 6 months prior to starting
- Local candidates not accepted; must reside more than 50 miles from the facility
