Description

American Traveler is hiring an RN for a Cardiovascular Thoracic Transplant ICU night shift position requiring 2 years of ICU experience and cardiac device management skills.

Details

  • Cardiac medical and surgical unit within the CV Thoracic Transplant ICU
  • Care for up to 2 ICU patients safely
  • Manage cardiac devices as part of patient care
  • Night shift schedule from 19:00-05:30
  • 13-week assignment length

Requirements

  • Active RN license (IN or Compact) required
  • Current BLS certification from AHA required
  • Current ACLS certification from AHA required
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant nursing experience required
  • Nursys license verification required within 30 days prior to start

Additional Information

  • Provide critical care nursing to cardiac medical and surgical patients including cardiac device management
  • Radius rule applies and local candidates may be considered at a reduced rate
  • Candidates should begin discussing extension with their manager at least 45 days before the assignment end date
