Description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an Emergency Department position requiring ACLS, BLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications on a 13-week night shift assignment.
Details
- Acute care hospital setting within the Emergency Room unit
- Uses Cerner charting system
- Night shift schedule, 7p-7a, working every other weekend
- 13-week assignment with 36 guaranteed hours per week
- 12 hours of orientation provided
Requirements
- Active AR or Compact RN license required, pending licenses not accepted
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
- Current certifications required: ACLS, BLS, PALS, and TNCC
- Active certifications must be in hand; pending certifications not accepted
- Two professional references required: one supervisor from within the last 12 months worked and one peer or supervisor from within the last 3 years worked, including dates of employment and rehire eligibility
- Copy of driver's license required for consideration
Additional Information
- Provide emergency nursing care within a fast-paced acute care ER setting
- Candidates may not have been directly employed (full time, part time, or PRN) by any CommonSpirit, CHI, or Dignity Health facility within the past year
- Hospital may cancel up to 4 shifts per 13-week assignment
