Description

American Traveler is hiring an RN for a NICU position requiring 2+ years of acute care experience and an active FL or compact license.

Details

• Work in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (2S NICU)
• 12-hour day shift schedule from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM
• 36 hours per week over a 13-week assignment

• No floating or charge responsibilities required

Requirements

• Active FL or compact RN license required
• Minimum 2 years of acute care experience required
• Current EMR experience required
• At least 2 years full-time experience in specialized units within the last 2 years required
• Minimum of 2 completed travel assignments in the past 12 months working full time in an acute care setting
• Two clinical references required from the last two places of employment, covering the last year, with one from a Nurse Manager or Director and the other from at least a Charge Nurse
• Complete employment history required for the past 7 years including facility names, specialties, and dates worked
• Explanation required for any employment gaps exceeding 30 days
• Current skills checklist required, valid within the past year

Additional Information

• Provide specialized nursing care to neonatal ICU patients
• Radius rate and local rate available for candidates residing within 50 miles of the facility
• Can only be submitted to one position at this facility at a time
