Description
American Traveler is hiring a Cath Lab RN with at least 2 years of cardiac catheterization experience for a 13-week assignment requiring frequent on-call coverage.
Details
- Work in the Cardiology-Cath Lab unit of a hospital setting
- 13-week assignment with Monday-Friday shifts from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
- On-call responsibilities include a 30-minute callback time with an expectation of 15-20 call days per 6-week period
Requirements
- Active IL RN license required
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA) required
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in Cath Lab, IR, or EP settings, with Cath Lab experience required
- Nursys license verification required within 30 days prior to start
- Primary source license verification required within 30 days prior to start
- Valid US Social Security Number and US home address required
Additional Information
- Provide direct patient care within the cardiac catheterization lab
- Radius rule applies, allowing local candidates at a reduced rate that varies by facility
- Candidates should discuss assignment extension with management approximately 45 days before the end date
- COVID-19 vaccination is not required
