Description

American Traveler is hiring an Ultrasound Technologist/Sonographer with 2+ years of general ultrasound experience for a 26-week travel assignment in Biddeford, ME.

Details

• General ultrasound department within a 200-bed facility
• Fri-Sun schedule, 7:30 AM to 8:00 PM
• 36-40 guaranteed weekly hours
• Back-up call required
• Float requirement to Sanford within a 25-mile radius policy between facilities
• Uses Philips Epiq and GE E10 ultrasound equipment
• Epic EMR

Requirements

• ARDMS certification required
• License required if applicable
• Minimum of 2 years of ultrasound experience required
• Epic EMR experience preferred
• Valid driver's license required for consideration
• 2 professional references required

Additional Information

• Scrubs of any color permitted
• Air pods, laptops, and cell phone usage prohibited on the unit
• RTO should be kept to a minimum, with 3-4 days considered reasonable for a 13-week contract at manager's discretion
• Local candidates within 90 miles of any MaineHealth facility will be considered local and are not eligible for renewal or extension
