Description
American Traveler is hiring a Travel RN for a CVICU position requiring at least 1 year of recent ICU experience and current NIH Stroke Certification.
Details
- Work in the Cardiovascular ICU (CVICU) of a hospital setting
- 13-week assignment with a scheduled shift from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Requirements
- Active TX or compact RN license required
- Current BLS certification (AHA or ARC accepted)
- Current NIH Stroke Certification required for ICU/CVICU placement
- Minimum 1 year of recent CVICU or ICU experience required
- No certifications may expire within the first 30 days of assignment start
- No employment gaps of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
- US Social Security Number and date of birth required for consideration (Canadian SSNs not accepted)
- Professional references required (2 references required for Florida and Missouri, 1 for all other states)
Additional Information
- Provide critical care nursing to cardiovascular ICU patients
- Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to be eligible (local candidates not accepted)
- First-time travelers may be considered
