Description
American Traveler is seeking a Registered Nurse for a Med/Surg Telemetry position requiring an active MA RN license and 2 years of Med/Surg Tele experience.
Details
- Med/Surg Telemetry unit assignment on North 6
- 12-hour shifts, 3x12s per week, totaling 36 hours weekly
- Day shift schedule, 7a-7p
- Every other weekend and every other holiday required
- Floating possible to similar units
- No on-call responsibilities
- Uses Meditech EMR
Requirements
- Active MA RN license required
- BLS certification (ARC or AHA) required
- Minimum 2 years of Med/Surg Telemetry experience required
- Strong telemetry and neuro experience required
- Meditech EMR experience required
- Prior travel nursing experience required
Additional Information
- Telemetry competency test administered on first day of orientation
- Must reside within a 50-mile radius of the facility, though local candidates are accepted at a discounted rate
- Two professional references and copies of certifications required for consideration
