Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an ICU position requiring 2+ years of acute care experience and a KY or compact RN license.

Details

• 295-bed acute care hospital setting
• ICU unit with a Neuro specialty focus
• Day shift schedule from 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM
• Patient ratios of 4:1 on day shift and 5:1 on night shift
• Uses Meditech EHR system
• Every other weekend work required
• No on-call requirements
• May be required to float within a 25 mile radius of the facility

Requirements

• Active KY or compact RN license required
• Current BLS and NIHSS certifications required
• 2+ years of RN experience in an acute care facility required

Additional Information

• Cannot have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months
• Cannot be employed elsewhere full time
• Candidates must reside 60 miles or greater from the facility to be eligible for the travel rate
• Weekly orientation held on Mondays
