Description
American Traveler is hiring an Echo Technologist / Cardiac Sonographer with at least 1 year of recent experience and vascular registry certification for a 13-week travel assignment.
Details
- Ultrasound department with 5 ultrasound units
- 4x10hr day shifts, Monday through Thursday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- No floating required
- No call required
- Uses Cerner EMR
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year recent experience in echocardiography required
- Vascular registry required
- Echo experience required
- General ultrasound studies experience required
- License required if applicable
- No certifications expiring within the first 30 days of assignment start
- No employment gaps of 90+ days within the past 12 months
Additional Information
- Perform echocardiograms, EKGs, holter monitor hookups and scanning
- Responsible for editing and filing EKG recordings and cardiology records and appropriate billing of charges
- No dedicated scrub color required
- Maximum RTO request of 1 week
- Does not accept local candidates within a 50-mile radius
- Not eligible if previously worked at this facility as permanent staff within the past 2 years
