Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an Emergency Room position at a Level II Trauma Center requiring TNCC or ENPC certification and active MI licensure.

Details

• Emergency Department at a 288-bed tertiary teaching hospital and Level II Trauma Center
• Night shift, 12-hour shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• Option for 4x12s with OT after 48 hours or 3x12s with OT after 40 hours
• Every other weekend required
• No on-call requirements

Requirements

• Active MI RN license required at time of submission (compact license not accepted)
• Minimum 3 years of ER experience required
• TNCC or ENPC certification required
• BLS (AHA) and ACLS (AHA) certifications required

Additional Information

• Deliver quality nursing care using the nursing process in collaboration with the healthcare team
• Assess physical, psychosocial, and educational needs of patients
• Plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing interventions
• Follows a rapid clinical interview process with outreach typically within two hours and same or next-day decisions
• Candidates requesting more than 7 days off or more than 50% of holidays off may experience a slower processing timeline
• Local candidates within a 35-mile radius of the facility are eligible at a reduced local travel rate
• Navy blue scrub color required
