Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced ICU RN for a night shift travel assignment requiring active AL or compact RN license and 2+ years of ICU experience.

Details

• Work in the Intensive Care Unit of a hospital setting
• Night shift schedule (7p-7a) with every other weekend required
• 13-week assignment length
• Care for vented patients and manage vasoactive drips
• Cerner EMR experience preferred

Requirements

• Active AL or compact RN license required with no prior NURSYS hits
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Certifications must not expire within the first 30 days of start
• Minimum 2 years of recent ICU RN experience required
• Experience with vented patients and vasoactive drip management required
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months

Additional Information

• Must reside 50+ miles from the facility; local candidates will not be considered
• Travelers who worked as permanent staff at any CHS facility within the past 2 years will not be considered
• RTO requests must be less than 1 week
