Description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an Oncology position on day shift, requiring 2+ years of experience and a NH or compact RN license.
Details
- Emergency Department unit setting
- 12-hour day shift schedule from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
- Uses EPIC EMR
- 25-mile float policy between facilities as needed
Requirements
- Active RN license (NH or Compact) required upon submission
- BLS and other required certifications must be AHA-issued by start date if not already
- Minimum 2 years of experience required
- Driver's License required for consideration
- 2 professional references required
Additional Information
- Local travelers are not eligible for renewals or extensions
- Candidates residing within 90 miles of any MaineHealth facility are considered local, which may affect pay rate
- RTO should be kept to a minimum, with 3-4 days considered reasonable for a 13-week contract at manager's discretion
- Air pods, laptops, and cell phone usage are prohibited on the unit
- Candidates who have worked at any MaineHealth facility within the past 12 months must disclose this upon application
- First-time travelers are welcome to apply
