Description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced Operating Room RN for a busy large hospital setting requiring multi-specialty surgical experience and a SC or compact RN license.
Details
- Work in the Operating Room of a busy, large hospital setting
- Requires ability to work across multiple specialties including General, GYN, Ortho, Neuro, and Robotics
- Evening shift schedule (5x8 Hours, 14:30-23:00)
- Weekday schedule with possible weekends and holidays within the contract
- Not currently assigning travelers to call rotation, though occasional coverage shifts may arise
- Epic EMR used
Requirements
- Active SC RN license or compact license required in hand at time of consideration
- BCLS certification required
- Minimum 2 years of OR experience preferred
- Epic charting experience required
- At least 1 prior travel assignment required
Additional Information
- Deliver OR nursing care across multiple surgical specialties in a fast-paced hospital environment
- Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility, as local candidates are not accepted
- Previous permanent staff are eligible to return with unit manager and HR approval
- Travel pairs are allowed for this assignment
