Description
American Traveler is hiring a Med/Surg-Tele RN for a 13-week days assignment, requiring 2 years of specialty experience and an active IL RN license.
Details
- 21-bed general medical/observation unit specializing in Med/Surg-Tele care
- Patient population includes COPD, pneumonia, infections, and UTI cases
- BiPAP and high flow O2 experience required
- 12-hour day shifts, 3 shifts per week (36 or 48hr contract options)
- Every other weekend required
- Floating within scope to similar units required
Requirements
- Active IL RN license required
- BLS and ACLS certifications required (AHA only)
- Minimum 2 years of recent experience in Med/Surg-Tele specialty required
- Cerner EMR experience strongly preferred
- 2 professional references from similar experience (1-2 years) required
Additional Information
- Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility with a verifiable permanent address, no exceptions
- No local candidates accepted
- RTO must be submitted with candidate profile
