Description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Step Down/Telemetry position requiring at least 3 years of recent stepdown experience and a GA or compact RN license.
Details
- Work in the Step Down/CPU unit of a hospital environment
- Night shift schedule, 3x12-hour shifts from 19:00 to 07:00
- Every other weekend (EOW) required
- Uses Cerner EMR
- Requires telemetry monitoring and IV start skills
Requirements
- Active RN license (GA or compact) currently in hand
- Current certifications: BLS and ACLS
- Minimum 3+ years of recent Stepdown experience required
- Intermediate to advanced fetal monitoring (FM) skills required
- Telemetry and IV start experience required
- Previous travel nursing experience preferred
Additional Information
- Holiday coverage required as assigned
- Minimal to no RTO accommodated during the assignment
- Royal blue scrubs required and not provided
- Accepts local candidates living within 31-50 miles of the facility at local rate
- Candidates residing less than 30 miles from the facility are not accepted
- Must reside within a defined radius to qualify for travel or local pay determination
