Description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced Cath Lab RN for a day shift position requiring strong cardiac proficiency and an active MI license.
Details
- Cath Lab unit with 36 private treatment rooms
- Uses MediTech EMR
- Day shift, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM, 5 days/week (open to 4x10 schedules)
- Weekend requirement of one weekend per month
- On-call requirement including call and one weekend per month
- Floating required
Requirements
- Active MI RN license required at time of submission
- Compact license not accepted
- Current BLS and ACLS certification required
- Strong cardiac experience and proficiency required
- Cath lab experience required
- Travel nursing experience preferred
- MediTech EMR experience preferred

- Deliver nursing care within assigned unit scope of practice following hospital policies, nursing process guidelines, and standards of care
- Support from Clinical Nurse Specialists offering advanced nursing expertise
- Formal orientation program tailored to individual needs
- Ongoing staff development through BLS, ACLS, wound care, and pain management programs
- Navy blue dress code
- COVID vaccine not required
- No more than 5 days of RTO can be requested
- Local travelers within 35 miles of the facility receive a 10% reduced travel rate
