Description
American Traveler is hiring a Pediatric Oncology RN for an outpatient hematology/oncology clinic, requiring APHON certification and Epic experience.
Details
- Outpatient hematology/oncology clinic setting within a pediatric hospital
- Monday through Friday schedule with 4 shifts of 9 hours per week
- Variable shift hours between 7am-7pm, typically ranging from 8am-5pm
- Uses Epic EMR system
- No floating or charge nurse responsibilities required
Requirements
- Active RN license (AR or Compact) currently in hand
- Current BLS certification required
- APHON certification required
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in pediatric oncology specialty required
- Epic EMR experience required
- BMT Transplant experience preferred
- Must test negative for nicotine
Additional Information
- Provide outpatient oncology nursing care to pediatric patients
- Work within a Level 1 Trauma Center and teaching hospital environment
- Facility is the only pediatric medical center in Arkansas and one of the 10 largest pediatric medical providers in the US
