Description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced Labor & Delivery RN for a 13-week assignment requiring fetal monitoring certification and a WA or compact RN license.
Details
- Acute care Labor & Delivery unit with 4 L&D beds and 5 postpartum beds
- Provides neonatal monitoring and labor and delivery care
- Uses EPIC EMR
- Variable shift schedule with a majority of night shifts, 12-hour shifts as needed
- Scheduled for approximately 35-40 hours per month within a 36 hour per week guarantee
- Floats only as a sitter or helper to Med-Surg, ICU, or ED units and would not be given a patient assignment
Requirements
- Active WA or compact RN license required
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
- Required certifications: AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Monitoring, BLS (AHA), and NRP
- AWHONN Advanced Fetal Monitoring (AFM) required
- STABLE certification preferred
- BSN not required
Additional Information
- Provides direct patient care for laboring, delivering, and postpartum patients along with neonatal monitoring
- Cancellation policy allows for 1 shift every 4 weeks
